Cheerimages accept Visa & Master credit card, UnionPay, WeChat Pay and Alipay. You can download photos and videos after the payment is confirmed.

Duration：   (eg: 2 years)
Media:          (e.g. newspapers, magazines, online, social media)

If you spend HK$10,000.00 in a single purchase of the credits plan, you can apply to become a VIP customer. VIP customer can add up to 3 team members to share credits. This will make the company's resources more flexible.

Expired unused credits will be void and non-refundable. If you top up your account before the due date, the remaining points will be accumulated into a new order plan.

If you have not used any of the credits in the credits plan, we will gladly refund your purchased credits plan within 3 days of your purchase date. Use the cotact us email form and submit your request in writing.

If the download times out or interrupted due to network speed or other uncertain factors, you can click continue download according to the prompt. Or enter my account, go to download record to select the corresponding content, click download. No extra credits is need for repeated downloads. For other questions, please contact us.

When downloading contents, you need to fill in the actual end user information. The end user can be an individual or a company. The system will automatically generate a one-to-one licensing agreement. You can purchase the same content for different customers but you have to pay and download separatey for different end users.
